HI! I'm RANIA!

I am a multitasking, big dreaming, project creating, design lover. My passion for design is multidimensional. From interior design to graphic design to event design - I find beauty and inspiration in everyday life that translates into a visual representation as it is needed. 

From a young age, I was a designer. Creating, decorating, building, re-arranging - I had a passion for visual art. I am self-taught with over 10 years experience in event design - including nightclubs, concerts, parties, fashion shows, weddings, inaugurations and corporate galas. In 2005 I cosmically found Pure Energy Real Estate which gave me a new medium to explore my talents and love for design in a more intimate way. 

Real Estate is an interesting medium. One wouldn't normally think it could be so full of creative energy. I think for the most part, it isn't. Pure Energy, however, is different. The group is so unique. The company motto is unlike any other. I started out with Pure Energy as a home staging decorator, assisting the lead designer. As I grew comfortable with the laws of staging, I became the lead designer. As the years went on, I have had many roles - master renovator, project manager, photographer, graphic designer, party planner, and now creative/marketing director. I now work closely with the team directing the marketing for all the web and print design as well as special events like the Haunted Garden and Spring Carnival.

On a more personal level, I am Jeep [O|||||||O] driving, video game playing, outdoor adventuring, snowboarding, OBX lover. I live on a farm in West Virginia with my husband of 7 years, 5 year old son, 3 dogs and 12 chickens. I love astronomy, astrology, pantheism, mid-century Danish Furniture and the art of horror. I am currently working in the beginning stages of filming and acting in independent film and planning the 2012 Haunted Garden (my new life passion).
