Creative / Marketing Director & Designer Extraordinaire
Rania has been working with Pure Energy for over 7 years as lead staging designer and marketing director until she recently moved to a farm in West Virginia to simplify her life. She is still the creative force behind all our print & web marketing as well as the now famous, Haunted Garden. Prior to real estate, she spent over a decade designing special events and nightclubs. In her free time, she enjoys photography, off-road driving in her JEEP, and hanging out on her farm with her husband, 5-year-old son, 12 chickens and 3 dogs.
JENNIFER CLARK
Dynamic Designer & Globetrotting Adventurer
Having worked in everything from public health to real estate appraisal, accounting, and as a bike messenger, Jennifer’s ability to adapt to changing environments and passion for all things aesthetic makes her a key player on our team. This DC resident’s adventurous spirit keeps her biking and surfing around the world to places like Russia, India, and Peru, and stepping outside the box when designing for our clients.

Cara spent her early days experimenting with the assorted boxes of fabrics, notions, paints and dress up clothes that surrounded her. From this early creative exposure she developed the foundation for her diverse interest in textile & interior design. Post graduation, she has pursued her passion, working in New Zealand before relocating to DC. Cara brings a fresh approach to creative design and marketing to our clients.
SARA CARROLL
Expert Communicator & Professional Organizer
Our newest member of the Pure Energy team, Sara, has quite the job experience. Sara has worked the majority of her career as a Sales Professional, but has also worked for two separate marketing firms. While involved in marketing, Sara, endured hands on interactions with clients and customers, worked several marketing events and thoroughly enjoyed the communication aspect that is key to anyone’s marketing success. Excited to now have the opportunity to experience Real Estate and what better place to experience real estate with a twist then with the Pure Energy Team! Finally Sara is living in D.C. and has her laid back life style at a city pace, something she has always desired.
