This month the Pure Energy Team sold 10313 Leslie Street before it was even listed! This wonderful home is move-in ready, but that wasn't the case a couple of months ago! In addition to needing some serious de-cluttering, it also needed interior updates throughout. These updates included fresh paint throughout, new granite counters, cabinets and hardware in the kitchen, new light fixture and bathroom mirrors. Prior to the improvements, this property would have been listed around the $400,000 price range, based on the current market analysis for the Carroll Knolls neighborhood.
